What are the shipping fees?
At Vera's Jewels, shipping is always free within United Kingdom.

What are the delivery times?

  • Processing: After placing your order, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it.
  • Orders placed over the weekend: Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a bit longer to process.
  • Delivery: Once your order is processed, it will be immediately shipped. Delivery typically takes 11 to 13 business days.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, every confirmed order is sent an email with an order number.

Can I modify or cancel an order?
You can modify or cancel your order by sending an email to info@verasjewels.com before 5:00 PM on the same day the order was placed. Please include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Order date

Note: If the order is already being processed, you can only cancel it by returning it after receipt.

How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
